Where should we start?
This is really the first question you should be asking, and one we’re happy to answer. We will come on-site with you to evaluate the physical characteristics of the property and talk through your project.
No two projects are the same due to the natural inclinations of soil, weather elements, man-made constraints, utilities, and local ordinances. Our depth of experience in demolition and excavation projects of all sizes allows us to assess each site and create a customized plan that achieves your goals while mitigating constraints and identifying cost-savings for you.
What will this cost?
There’s no simple answer to this question. No acre is the same as the other, and that’s why walking through the property with you is an important step in the process.
After we assess the scope of the project with you, and evaluate the soil and physical property of the site, we can give you a free, fair and accurate cost estimate of the job. We will have taken into consideration the elements that impact the job and built them into the estimate.
Be wary of contractors who give you a price quote without seeing the property first. You will likely find yourself paying for a lot of additional services and fees once they actually see the site and get started on the job.
How long will it take?
We try to be on-site to do an initial walk-through of your project within 1-2 days of receiving your request. We can provide an estimate to you within 1 week, and usually are able begin work within 2-3 weeks.
We are dedicated to the success of the job. We know that speed is critical; however, we always put a priority on accuracy and safety. We know if we do the job right the first time, it will save you time and money.
You’re a full-site contractor, so do I need to hire anyone else?
We provide a full array of excavating and demolition services and work closely with other contractors including builders and landscapers. Depending on the type of project, we may be the only professionals you’ll need. Oftentimes, as in the case of a new home, you’ll need multiple contractors. We can prepare the site and basement, but you’ll need a builder to actually construct the house.
